Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team, located in Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the advertising and marketing industry and will be responsible for driving business growth through new client acquisition, market research, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. New Client Acquisition:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and industry events.
    • Develop and implement strategies to attract potential clients and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
  2. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
    • Analyze market data to develop targeted marketing strategies and identify potential areas for business growth.
  3. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their advertising and marketing objectives.
  4. Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
    • Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  5. Strategic Partnerships:
    • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the advertising and marketing industry.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement partnership strategies that drive business growth.
  6. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of business development strategies.
    • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  7. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing, creative, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns.
    • Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to optimize service offerings and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within the advertising and marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and business development strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of market research and data analysis techniques.
  • Familiarity with project management processes.
