Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and driven Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team at Sociopool India in Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and influencer marketing, and will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns to promote our brand and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Influencer Campaign Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Identify and establish relationships with key influencers across various social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Research and Identification:
- Conduct research to identify potential influencers that align with our brand values and target audience.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of influencers and track their performance.
- Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns using various analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements based on insights.
- Relationship Building:
- Foster strong relationships with influencers and their management teams.
- Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for influencer partnerships.
- Social Media Trends:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Identify new opportunities for brand collaboration and growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Good Hand in Excel work
- Proficiency in using social media analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
