Sociopool is an influencer marketing agency helping brands scale through result-driven creator campaigns. Sociopool specializes in influencer marketing, brand collaborations, performance-driven campaigns, creator partnerships, market research, strategic negotiations, and delivering measurable digital growth solutions for brands across social media platforms.

We are looking for a highly oriented Business Development Executive with strong negotiation abilities who can close deals, build long-term client relationships, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth by acquiring new clients for influencer marketing campaigns
• Pitch Sociopool’s services confidently and handle price negotiations and deal closures
• Convert qualified leads into paying clients through effective marketing conversations
• Conduct B2B client discussions via calls, meetings, and online platforms
• Negotiate commercials, campaign scope, and timelines with brands
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
• Coordinate with internal teams to align client expectations with execution
• Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy follow up.
• Meet and exceed assigned targets and revenue goals

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Market-driven mindset with target orientation
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle objections and client negotiations

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Influencer marketing skills and previous experiences with the Lifestyle, EdTech,
